Hi There.. You should have specified your age and gender. I recommend you to drink lot of water and wash your face at least 3 times a day. Avoid fried food, fatty products, cheeses, etc rather try to eat light food which can be easily digestible more specifically green vegetables. Olive oil can be used for cooking with ginger and little lime juice. Use gentle cleansers. Aloe vera juice can be taken for facial care. Sitting here I cannot prescribe you a medicine rather follow my tips for the next few days and if the problem don’t gets solved then please consult a dermatologist.
